The original order was lost by the post office. The company was great in sending a replacement. The custom piece was perfectly made, same as described on their site. It’ was a mother day gift so it was important for each character to represent each family member. Highly recommend !

The only thing is the first order I made was sent to an address How they even had that address I don’t know because this was my first order. don’t live at and they couldn’t even slap a updated address on the box. The concept is very nice but the actual picture on the mug is so small that you can barely see the names. There is room on the cup to enlarge the pictures significantly, which would make a huge difference. My Mom had to actually put on her readers to clearly see the images and names.
