Grandway was petitioned by a non-profit organization about economic development in the poverty ridden area of Cholutecca, Honduras.  Grandway provides jobs for about 200 families, pays premium wages, provides an employee owned and subsidized co-op store, and a kitchen providing 3-course meals for all employees at low cost.  Grandway is committed to social responsibility, high local wages, high ethical standards and providing jobs and opportunity not handouts.  Opportunity creates self worth, value, training and a foundation for progress and a lifting of the yoke of poverty.

Women's Bean Project

Helping Women overcome poverty, addictions, and transition back into society.  Women learn job skills in gourmet food manufacturing.  These jobs are designed to provide immediate income, arrange support services to overcome barriers to employment and teach the job readiness skills needed to get and keep a job.  These tools empower women to create better lives for themselves, provide for their families with hope, and contribute to a stronger community.  Denver, CO
