Birmingham, MI  Women's Bean Project Helping Women overcome poverty, addictions, and transition back into society.  Women learn job skills in gourmet food manufacturing.  These jobs are designed to provide immediate income, arrange support services to overcome barriers to employment and teach the job readiness skills needed to get and keep a job.  These tools empower women to create better lives for themselves, provide for their families with hope, and contribute to a stronger community.  Denver, CO
